用苯乙烯基异氰酸脂与脂肪胺反应合成了6个新的N-苯乙烯基脲化合物,产品收率多在90%以上。通过α-甲基苄基和对氯α-甲基苄基异硫氰酸脂与脂肪胺反应制备了12个新的N-苄基衍生物。产品收率多在80%以上。初步探讨了“一步法”,即苄胺或取代苄胺与脂肪胺。二硫化碳直接作用合成相应的N-苄基硫脲衍生物的可能性。对所合成的新化合物进行了初步生测,结果表明它们都有不同程度的除草活性。其中有几个化合物除草活性高于除草剂1号
Six novel N-styrylurea compounds were synthesized by the reaction of styryl isocyanate with aliphatic amines. The yield of the product was more than 90%. Twelve new N-benzyl derivatives were prepared by the reaction of α-methylbenzyl and p-chloro-α-methylbenzyl isothiocyanate with aliphatic amines. Product yield more than 80%.
