目的:研究人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)患者临床病理特征的关系及其癌组织中癌基因C-erbB-2表达的相关性。方法:用表面等离子谐振法(SPR)检测60例IDC组织和30例乳腺纤维瘤组织以及30例正常乳腺组织HPV DNA及分型;免疫组化法检测IDC组织中C-erbB-2蛋白的表达。结果:IDC组织HPV感染率为36.7%(22/60),其中HPV 33占其阳性总数的59.1%(13/22),乳腺纤维瘤组织与正常乳腺组织HPV感染率分别为13.30%和3.33%,明显低于IDC组织(χ2=5.300,P=0.021);IDC组织HPV感染与患者组织学分级、腋窝淋巴结转移有关(均P<0.05);IDC组织中HPV感染和C-erbB-2蛋白的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.486;P<0.001)。结论:HPV感染在IDC发病中起了重要作用,且与肿瘤的分化程度及侵袭转移能力密切相关;HPV感染可能通过促进C-erbB-2的高表达而参与乳腺癌的发生发展。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and the clinicopathological features of breast invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) and the correlation between the expression of oncogene C-erbB-2 and its clinical significance. Methods: The HPV DNA of 60 cases of IDC, 30 cases of breast fibroma and 30 cases of normal breast tissue were detected by surface plasmon resonance (SPR). The expression of C-erbB-2 protein in IDC tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry . Results: The HPV infection rate in IDC tissues was 36.7% (22/60), of which HPV 33 accounted for 59.1% (13/22) of the total number of positive cases. The HPV infection rates in breast fibroma tissues and normal breast tissues were 13.30% and 3.33% , Which was significantly lower than IDC tissues (χ2 = 5.300, P = 0.021). HPV infection in IDC tissues was associated with histological grade and axillary lymph node metastasis (all P <0.05); HPV infection in IDC tissues and C-erbB- Positive expression was positively correlated (r = 0.486; P <0.001). CONCLUSION: HPV infection plays an important role in the pathogenesis of IDC and is closely related to tumor differentiation and invasion and metastasis. HPV infection may be involved in the development of breast cancer by promoting the high expression of C-erbB-2.
