本文应用一种由平面应力单元和轴力杆件单元组成的空间有限元模型,对大型船闸开敞式人字闸门启闭时的变形与应力进行了全面的计算。计算结果表明此类人字闸门在风、水荷载及自重作用下的整体变形规律,横截面剪应力分布规律,背拉杆受力规律均与模型试验,近似计算及有关资料中原型观测、模型试验及计算结果相一致。门叶结构总重量及重心计算成果理想地反映了设计情况。本文还对人字闸门的底枢受力情况进行了初步分析。本文对开敞式人字闸门所作的计算,进一步论证了所应用的力学模型与采用的程序可供大型船闸人字闸门在设计计算中采用,提供的计算结果可供有关部门在人字闸门的设计中参考。
In this paper, a finite element model of space composed of plane stress element and axial force rod element is used to calculate the deformation and stress of the open sluice gate when the open sluice gate opens and closes. The results show that the deformation, the distribution of shear stress and the force of the back tie rod are all related to the model test, the approximate calculation and the related data of prototype observation and model test And the calculation results are consistent. The total weight of the door leaf structure and the calculated result of the center of gravity ideally reflect the design situation. This article also made a preliminary analysis of the force of the Miter Gate’s bottom pivot. The calculation of the open gable gate in this paper further proves that the applied mechanical model and the adopted program are available to the design and calculation of the large gantry gated gate and provide the calculation results for the relevant departments in the gated gate Design reference.
