高级管理人员是企业中一种特殊的人力资本,在现代企业生产经营过程中起着举足轻重的作用,直接关系到企业的生存和发展。然而,能否使这种资本发挥有效的作用,达到社会预期的目标,在很大程度上要取决于激励约束机制。笔者认为薪酬是激励约束机制的重要组成部分,薪酬激励方式的选择在很大程度上影响到企业的成长性。
Senior managers are a kind of special human capital in the enterprise. They play a decisive role in the production and operation of modern enterprises and are directly related to the survival and development of the enterprises. However, whether this kind of capital can play an effective role in meeting the expectations of the society depends to a large extent on the incentive and restraint mechanism. In my opinion, compensation is an important part of the incentive and restraint mechanism. The choice of compensation incentives greatly affects the growth of enterprises.
