近年来,软件外包行业发展迅猛,软件外包人才短缺问题也日渐凸显,为提高软件外包企业竞争力,人力资源部门对企业员工进行培训是必不可少的工作。本文主要根据大连外包软件企业特点,在金融危机席卷全球之际,针对企业一方面要开发员工潜能,另一方面要节约成本以度寒冬的问题,提出采取新员工的企业定制式培训,借助网络的e-Learning学习,行动学习,职业导师制四种相对节省成本的培训方式。
In recent years, the rapid development of software outsourcing industry, software outsourcing talent shortage has become increasingly prominent, in order to improve the competitiveness of software outsourcing enterprises, human resources departments to train employees is an essential work. This paper mainly based on the characteristics of Dalian outsourcing software companies, in the financial crisis sweeping the globe, the enterprise on the one hand to develop employee potential, on the other hand to save costs in order to winter, put forward the adoption of new employees, enterprise customized training, with the help of network E-Learning learning, action learning, vocational tutor four relative cost-saving training.
