班级管理是学校管理的基本组成部分。加强班级管理,充分发挥班集体的管理功能,对实现学校管理的目标和构建和谐班集体有着重要的意义。班主任对创设良好的班集体、全面提高学生素质,陶冶学生情操,培养全面发展的人才,具有举足轻重的地位和作用。笔者认为,严在当严处,爱在细微中,坚持不开除不放弃一个学生,学会“诚心感召、静心倾听、爱心宽容、精心引领、热心激励、耐心等待”每一位学生,用爱从心灵深处温暖每一名学生。
