目的 :该文测试慢性铅性肾病患者近曲小管上皮的细胞内所含微量元素 ,旨在对人体慢性铅性肾病进一步探讨。方法 :应用X射线微量分析仪 ,作电子探针X射线微量分析。结果 :不同病例铅峰的高低与铅接触的时间长短、量的多少有关。结论 :X射线微区分析 ,不仅可以证实慢性铅性肾病的诊断 ,提高该病的诊断率 ,而且还可间接地推测出铅吸收入血后在机体的残留情况。
Objective: This paper tests the patients with chronic lead nephropathy in the proximal tubule epithelial cells contained in trace elements in order to further explore the human body of chronic lead nephropathy. Methods: X-ray microanalysis was used to make the electron probe X-ray trace analysis. Results: The lead peak level in different cases was related to the length of lead exposure and the amount of lead exposure. Conclusion: X-ray microanalysis can not only confirm the diagnosis of chronic lead nephropathy and improve the diagnosis rate of the disease, but also indirectly infer the residue of lead in the body after absorption into the bloodstream.
