转换开关电器(TSE)主要应用于建筑、消防、工业、通信、金融、交通及军事等领域的低压配电系统中,作为两路电源间的转换装备,以确保重要负载安全、可靠运行。按照国家标准《转换开关电器(TSE)选择和使用导则》的定义:转换开关电器(TSE)是由一个或多个开关设备构成的电器,该电器用于从一路电源断开负载并连接至另外一路电源上。在工程设计中,如何选用TSE,TSE在不同配电系统中的设置、类型的选用是否恰当等问题,还存在很多争议。为此,结合电气设计及制造单位所普遍关注的可靠性、应用等问题,本期特请中国纺织工业设计院电气总工李道本为大家做一解答。
