目的探讨危重症新生儿并发低血糖的营养支持护理干预的效果。方法 150例危重症并发低血糖新生儿,按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。所有新生儿均进行营养支持治疗,对照组新生儿在治疗中采取常规护理措施,观察组新生儿在治疗中进行营养支持护理干预,比较两组护理效果和并发症发生率。结果观察组新生儿总有效率为100.00%,显著高于对照组的92.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿治疗期间并发症发生率为1.33%,明显低于对照组的9.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论危重症新生儿并发低血糖采用营养支持护理可有效的提高治疗效果,降低治疗期间并发症的发生率,及时纠正血糖异常变化,促进新生儿健康恢复,值得临床应用借鉴。
Objective To explore the effect of nutritional intervention nursing intervention in critically ill neonates with hypoglycemia. Methods 150 critically ill newborns with hypoglycemia were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method, with 75 cases in each group. All newborns were treated with nutritional support. The neonates in the control group were given routine nursing interventions. Nursing interventions were given to newborns in the observation group during the treatment. Nursing effects and complication rates were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (92.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group during neonatal treatment was 1.33%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (9.33%, P <0.05). Conclusions The critical care infants with severe hypoglycemia complicated with nutritional support nursing can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of complications during treatment, promptly correct the abnormal changes of blood glucose and promote the healthy recovery of neonates, which is worthy of reference for clinical application.
