职业教育的本质特征决定了职业教育必须走产教融合的发展之路,但职业教育和产业的异同,使产教融合既成为可能,也具有相当的难度。构建符合职业教育和产业发展特点的产教融合体制机制,是发展现代职业教育和助推产业转型发展的紧迫任务。本文分析了产教融合的涵义、现状,提出构建长效产教融合体制机制的路径选择及制度保障,希望对推进我国职业教育产教融合体制机制创新有所借鉴。
The essential characteristics of vocational education determine that vocational education must take the development of integration of industry and education. However, the similarities and differences between vocational education and industry make it both possible and difficult for the integration of birth and education. Constructing a system of integration of production, teaching and education that is in line with the characteristics of vocational education and industrial development is an urgent task of developing modern vocational education and boosting the industrial transformation and development. This article analyzes the connotation and status quo of the integration of production and education and puts forward the path selection and system guarantee of constructing a long-acting system of production, education and education.
