微粒直径的测定在近代工农业生产和科研中是经常会遇到的问题。由于微粒直径很小,而计量光学仪器的放大倍数有限,不可能以两次瞄准的读数差测出其直径。电子显微镜虽然可以顺利地测量直径小于1微米的微粒,但是这种设备很少,不是一般工厂所能拥有的。在通常条件下,使用生物显微镜,可以在一定程度上解决这个测量问题。
Determination of particle diameter in the modern industrial and agricultural production and research are often encountered problems. Due to the small particle size and limited magnification of the metering optics, it is not possible to measure the diameter of aiming at a difference between the two sighting readings. Although the electron microscope can successfully measure particles less than 1 micron in diameter, the equipment is small and not available to the average factory. Under normal conditions, the use of biological microscope, to some extent, to solve this measurement problem.
