飞机除冰液换热器是实现飞机除冰作业的主要设备之一,换热器的换热效果直接决定了飞机除冰的效率。根据飞机除冰作业标准要求,对一种新型飞机除冰液快速燃油换热器进行了详细的分析,对换热管内的除冰液的加热过程进行了传热分析,计算出了在满足换热器各个参数基础上除冰液从换热管出水口流出时的温度,其次根据计算结果阐述了该设备的优缺点以及改良的可能性。在此基础上,对已经设计出的换热器进行了尺寸上的改良,减少了换热管的半径尺寸,计算出了设备最优尺寸,并分析了该改良方案的可行性。
Aircraft de-icing fluid heat exchanger is one of the main equipment for aircraft deicing operation. The heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger directly determines the efficiency of aircraft de-icing. According to the requirements of aircraft deicing standard, a new type of aircraft deicing fluid fast fuel heat exchanger is analyzed in detail. The heat transfer process of the deicing fluid in the heat exchanger is analyzed. Based on the calculation results, the advantages and disadvantages of this equipment and the possibility of improvement are expounded. On this basis, the heat exchanger has been designed to improve the size, reducing the radius of the heat pipe size, calculated the optimal size of the device, and analyzed the feasibility of the improved program.
