完成好国家计划的政策性考试任务,是我们人事考试工作安身立命之本。2005年人事考试任务更加繁重,计划项目增加到33项。我们要坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,深入贯彻党的十六大、十六届三中、四中全会和全国人事厅局长会议精神,以严肃人事考试考风考纪为重点,强化政治意识、大局意识、责任意识:以加强考场一线管理为抓手,全面执行《专业技术人员资格考试违纪违规行为处理规定》,确保各项政策性考试工作安全顺利实施:以人事考试“四化”建设为核心,着力提高人事考试管理与服务水平;以树立品牌为目的,积极推进人才测评和社会化考试工作:以强化岗位目标责任制与考核为手段,全面提高人事考试的综合发展能力。
