考虑受力蒙皮组合体试验的特殊性,对普遍采用的悬臂梁式加载方式进行了改进,提出沿对角线加载的方法。为研究跨越多檩条和少檩条的受力蒙皮体抗剪性能的区别,对连接件形式和间距、框架和檩条的形式和间距均相同的两组试件进行了对比试验。利用曲线拟合方法对试验数据进行了量化,得到了两组试件的抗剪刚度。结果表明,跨越多檩条的受力蒙皮结构抗剪刚度较跨越少檩条的有较大提高,承载力稍有降低。
Considering the peculiarity of the test of the forced skin assembly, the commonly used cantilever loading method is improved, and the method of loading diagonally is proposed. In order to study the difference of the shearing performance of the stressed skin across the sliver bars and the sliver bars, two sets of test pieces with the same form and spacing of the connection pieces, the frame and the sliver were tested. The curve fitting method was used to quantify the experimental data, and the shear stiffness of the two specimens was obtained. The results show that the shear strength of the skin-covered skin structure with multiple stirrups increases more than that of the smaller ones, and the bearing capacity decreases slightly.
