引用国外最新的试验研究,对薄壁工字形钢梁在小片荷载偏心作用下的承载力问题进行了研究。数值分析结果与国外最新试验数据吻合良好。研究表明,影响薄壁工字形钢梁在小片荷载偏心作用下承载力的主要参数是腹板的厚度、屈服强度、荷载偏心值以及荷载作用长度,对这些参数都进行了定量的分析。基于国外已有的关于中心加载情况下的半经验公式和数值分析结果,提出了适用于荷载偏心值在0~15mm之间的承载力计算公式,建议公式与试验数据、数值分析结果相比较,表明建议公式是合理而偏于安全的。
The latest experimental research abroad was introduced to study the bearing capacity of thin-walled I-shaped steel beams under the eccentric load of small plates. The numerical analysis is in good agreement with the latest experimental data from abroad. The results show that the main parameters affecting the bearing capacity of thin-walled H-beams are the web thickness, yield strength, load eccentricity and load acting length. The quantitative analysis of these parameters is carried out. Based on the existing semi-empirical formula and numerical analysis results in the case of center loading, the formula for bearing capacity of 0 ~ 15mm load eccentricity is proposed. The proposed formula is compared with the experimental data and numerical analysis results, Show that the proposed formula is reasonable and biased to safety.
