口译用户对口译产品的反应与期望之间既有一致性又有矛盾性。本文分析了现有关于用户期望的实证研究,找出其中体现出的用户期望共识,即口译用户对口译产品内容要素的期望高于对其形式要素的期望。通过对相关实证研究的回顾,本文侧重讨论了用户反应与用户期望之间,特别是用户实际反应与用户期望共识之间的矛盾和分歧,即口译用户对口译产品的实际评估可能更多地受到其形式要素而非内容要素的影响。本文进一步探讨了用户反应与用户期望之间产生矛盾的主要原因:用户无法直接评估某些口译质量标准;用户在用户反应研究和用户期望研究中对某些质量标准的理解可能有所不同;用户期望具有多变性。
Interpretation Users have both consistent and contradictory responses and expectations to interpreting products. This paper analyzes the current empirical research on user expectations and finds out the expected consensus among users, that is, the expectation of interpreters on the content elements of interpreting products is higher than the expectation of their formal elements. Through reviewing the relevant empirical research, this paper focuses on the contradictions and disagreements between the user response and the user’s expectation, especially between the user’s actual response and the user’s expected consensus that the actual assessment of the interpreter product by the interpreter user may be more affected Its formal elements, not the content elements. This article further explores the main reasons for the contradiction between user responses and user expectations: users can not directly assess certain interpreting quality standards; users may interpret some quality standards differently in user response research and user expectations studies; users Expect to have variability.
