目的利用连续性监测数据,对重庆市九龙坡区暗娼人群艾滋病综合干预效果进行评价。方法收集监测干预服务、艾滋病知识、行为改变等数据进行分析。结果暗娼艾滋病知识知晓率(UNGASS指标)由2006年的11.50%上升到2009年的56.10%;最近1次商业性行为安全套使用率由2007年的54.40%上升到2009年的73.30%,最近1月商业性行为安全套坚持使用率也由26.62%上升到48.54%。结论 2006-2009年重庆市九龙坡区暗娼艾滋病知识知晓率明显提高,高危行为明显改善。
Objective To evaluate the effect of HIV / AIDS comprehensive intervention among female sex workers in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing by using continuous monitoring data. Methods Collecting data on monitoring intervention services, AIDS knowledge, behavioral changes and other data for analysis. Results The awareness rate of HIV / AIDS among female sex workers increased from 11.50% in 2006 to 56.10% in 2009; the utilization rate of condom in the last commercial sex activity increased from 54.40% in 2007 to 73.30% in 2009, and most recently in January Commercial sex condom adherence utilization rate rose from 26.62% to 48.54%. Conclusion The knowledge of HIV / AIDS among female sex workers in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing Municipality from 2006 to 2009 has been significantly improved, and the behaviors of high risk have been significantly improved.
