中共中央《关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,是我国今后经济体制改革的纲领性文件。《决定》是在市场经济体制框架已经建立起来,但还很不完善,必须进一步清除生产力发展的体制性障碍的前提下产生的。《决定》在社会主义市场经济理论方面实现了一系列创新与突破,对中国特色社会主义建设的方方面面将发生深刻的影响。
The Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Issues Concerning the Improvement of the Socialist Market Economic System is a programmatic document for the future reform of China’s economic structure. The “decision” is that while the institutional framework for a market economy has been established, it is still imperfect and needs to be further cleared of institutional obstacles to the development of the productive forces. The “Decision” has achieved a series of innovations and breakthroughs in the theory of socialist market economy and will have a profound impact on all aspects of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
