历史告诉我们,一个国家或地区要跨入世界先进之林,必须超高速度发展,否则永远摆脱不了相对落后的状态。改革开放以来,青岛经济实现了较快发展,但是,与此同时,发达地区同样也实现了快速发展,因而青岛与发达地区的差距并没有明显缩小。本文站在全球及全国的宏观角度,通过数字及观念、思路等的比较,认为青岛以现有速度发展不仅不能赶上或超过发达地区,甚至与发达地区的绝对差距还将进一步扩大。因此,青岛要想迅速实现经济腾飞,并且赶上或超过发达地区,就必须解放思想、与时俱进、打破常规,实施持续超高速发展战略。为此,作者提出了自己的一些打破常规的构想。
History tells us that if a country or region is to enter the world’s advanced forest, it must develop at an ultra-high speed, otherwise it will never be able to escape its relatively backward state. Since the reform and opening up, the economy of Qingdao has witnessed a rapid development. However, at the same time, the developed regions also witnessed rapid development. As a result, the gap between Qingdao and the developed regions has not significantly narrowed. Based on the comparison of figures, concepts and thoughts, this paper holds that Qingdao should not catch up or surpass the developed areas at the current speed and even further expand its absolute gap with the developed areas. Therefore, if Qingdao wants to achieve rapid economic growth and catch up with or surpass the developed regions, it must emancipate its mind, keep pace with the times, break the routine and implement a strategy of sustained rapid development. To this end, the author put forward some of his own ideas to break the routine.
