本文通过实验证明,硒化物对小鼠的艾氏腹水瘤有明显的抑瘤效果,并且用血凝试验及淋巴细胞α—醋酸萘酯酸性酯酶标记技术(ANAE~+)分别检测硒化物治疗肿瘤过程中的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能的动态变化. 实验采用纯系BALB/C小鼠,体重为21±2克;腹腔接种艾氏腹水瘤(EA),数量是4×10~6/0.2ml/每鼠.给硒组小鼠在接瘤后当天注射二氧化硒(SeO_2),剂量为20μg/0.2ml/每鼠,以后每隔一天注射一次,共五次;不给硒组注入同量生理盐水.并分别于6—8天(早期)、10—13天(中期)、15—18天(晚期)处死,同时进行血凝试验和ANAE~+细胞检测.处死前5天,采用5%绵羊红血球(SRBC)免疫,每鼠腹
In this paper, experiments show that selenide has significant anti-tumor effect on Ehrlich ascites tumor in mice, and the selenide treatment is detected by hemagglutination test and lymphocyte alpha-naphthyl acetate acid esterase labeling (ANAE~+).
