今年6月中下旬,陆首群教授率代表团赴美国、加拿大考察电子商务,参加了全球PKI大会,与Entrust、瑞士联邦银行、加拿大中央银行、加拿大枫叶银行、Sun Microsystems、Cisco、Newbridge进行高层会谈,与AOL(Netscape)、Oracle、IBM、SONY等公司以及加拿大政府就电子商务问题进行了深入的交流。陆教授还在美国和加拿大的一些商会以及在加拿大电视台上,就电子商务作了报告,并接受了美、加一些报纸记者的采访。 本文分八个部分:一、电子商务的发展形势催人奋进;二、第二代安全认证体系的问世并正在走向成熟;三、磁卡正在向智能卡过渡;四、推行B to C模式的电子商务(网上购物)要搞精品工程;五、推行B to B模式的电子商务对其网上在线交易方式不宜操之过急;六、门户站点与电子商城;七、网上银行和电子商务;八、排除电子商务的障碍。 本文对当前国内和全球电子商务的论述针对性强,很有新意,特此刊载。因文章较长,分两期刊登。
In late June of this year, Professor Lu Shouqun headed a delegation to the United States and Canada to study e-commerce, participated in the global PKI conference, held high-level talks with Entrust, the Swiss Federal Bank, the Central Bank of Canada, Canadian Maple Leaf Bank, Sun Microsystems, Cisco and Newbridge, And AOL (Netscape), Oracle, IBM, SONY and other Canadian companies and government on the issue of e-commerce conducted in-depth exchanges. Professor Lu also reported on e-commerce at some chambers of commerce in the United States and Canada and on Canadian television and accepted interviews with the United States and some newspaper reporters.
