目前我国各种热电离真空计的阴极电子发射稳流器,包括质谱计的热阴极离子源的电子发射稳流器,均采用连续式稳流线路。这种电路的供电效率十分低,通常为30~40%;本文介绍的二种开关式稳流器实例,效率均可达50~80%,並与供电电压高低无关。这不仅缩小了真空计的体积、重量、耗电,而且提高了整机的热稳定性;同时还增强了电路对不同规格阴极的适应能力。
At present, all kinds of thermoelectronics vacuum electron emitter steady current electron emitters, including the mass spectrometer hot cathode ion source electron emitter current regulator, are used in a steady flow line. The power supply efficiency of this kind of circuit is very low, usually 30 ~ 40%. The two kinds of switch-type current stabilizers described in this paper can all reach 50-80% efficiency and have nothing to do with the supply voltage. This not only reduces the size of the vacuum gauge, weight, power consumption, but also improve the thermal stability of the machine; also increased the circuit adaptability of different specifications of the cathode.
