目的：探讨ＣＯＰＤ患者单剂量口服优喘平的血药浓度变化及临床意义。方法：应用高效毛细管电泳法对１２名老年慢性阻塞性肺病（ＣＯＰＤ）患者单剂量口服优喘平（４００ｍｇ，每晚１次）后的血药浓度变化进行了研究。结果：服用优喘平后８ｈ，血茶碱浓度即＞１０μｇ／ｍｌ；服药后ｄ５血茶碱浓度达稳定水平（７．６７±１．４μｇ／ｍｌ）。结论：优喘平是一种方便、迅速起效的口服平喘药物。
Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of single dose orally administered asthma in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: The change of plasma concentration of 12 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) after oral administration of Euphrine (400mg, once per night) was studied by high performance capillary electrophoresis. Results: After 8 hours of taking asthma, the concentration of theophylline was> 10μg / ml. After taking the drug, the concentration of theophylline d5 reached a stable level (7.67 ± 1.4μg / ml). Conclusion: Youchuping is a convenient, rapid onset of oral antiasthmatic drugs.
