针对某1 420 mm冷轧厂无取向硅钢投产后出现硅钢横向厚度差较大、难以达到下游客户要求的问题,对该厂热轧来料对冷轧生产无取向硅钢的适应性和UCM轧机板形调控性能进行分析。通过现场工业试验和辊系变形有限元仿真,研究了热轧、冷轧主要工艺参数对硅钢横向厚度差的影响,并优化相关工艺参数,最终提出满足客户需求的冷轧无取向硅钢横向厚度差控制技术方案。该技术方案应用于现场生产后,无取向硅钢横向厚度差控制在10μm以内的命中率从应用前的不到60%上升到100%,而7μm以内的命中率达到90%以上。
