使用合丰25等来自13个育种单位的13份大豆(Glycine max)品种对大豆20个连锁群上的100对SSR标记进行筛选,最终保留了扩增稳定且多态性较高的43对SSR标记,分析了黑龙江省83个主栽大豆品种的遗传多样性。结果表明,在所有供试材料中共鉴定出等位变异157个,每个位点2-7个,平均为3.65个。品种间遗传相似系数为0.216-0.937,平均为0.6384,表明黑龙江省大豆品种的遗传相似性较大,故拓宽黑龙江省大豆品种的遗传基础具有重要意义。
Thirteen soybean (Glycine max) cultivars from 13 breeding units were used to screen 100 pairs of SSR markers in 20 linkage groups of soybean, finally, 43 SSRs with stable amplification and high polymorphism The genetic diversity of 83 main soybean cultivars in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed. The results showed that 157 alleles were identified in all the tested materials with 2-7 loci per locus, with an average of 3.65. The genetic similarity coefficients of varieties ranged from 0.216 to 0.937 with an average of 0.6384, indicating that the genetic similarity of soybean varieties in Heilongjiang Province was greater. Therefore, it is of great significance to expand the genetic basis of soybean varieties in Heilongjiang Province.
