今年我县新上岗教师280人,原以为新老师的新理念、新方法能使学生想学、爱学、乐学,但在跟踪视导过程中,我们发现大部分数学教师教学方法单一,缺少教学激情,从而导致课堂效果不佳,学习气氛沉闷。究其原因,新教师缺少小学数学课堂教学必备的两个“需要”。一、需要巧设问题情境,激发兴趣精心设计的导入,能唤起学生的注意力,启动学生思维的机器,激起学生浓厚的学习兴趣,形成学习动机,并为学习新知识作鼓动和铺垫,架起新旧知识的桥梁。这说明认真设计新课导入是十分重要的。
