A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of NaCl (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 ‰) on the exfoliation rate and membrane permeability Effect of absorption, transport and distribution of mineral ions such as K +, Na +, Ca2 + and Cl- in bamboo organs. The results showed that treatment with 1 ‰ ~ 2 ‰ NaCl had no significant effect on the leaf abscission rate and ion leakage rate of Rhizoma Imperata; 3 ~ 6 ‰ NaCl treatment significantly increased the leaf abscission rate and ion leakage rate, Increased with the increase of soil salt concentration. With the increase of Na +, Cl- in all organs of Rhizophora stylosa, K + content of bamboo root, bamboo culm and bamboo branch gradually decreased, Ca2 + content changed little, and K + and Ca2 + in bamboo root and bamboo culm Sex transport capacity gradually weakened. Bamboo leaves had higher selective absorption of Ca2 + and K + under salt stress of low concentration (1 ‰ ~ 2 ‰) and high concentration (3 ‰ ~ 6 ‰), respectively. With the increase of salt concentration, K + The content of Ca2 + increased rapidly and then decreased, which is of great significance to maintain the nutritional balance and normal growth of bamboo leaves. The concentration of Na +, Cl- in bamboo leaves was significantly higher than that of other bamboo roots when treated with 3 ‰ ~ 6 ‰ NaCl, which not only reduced the osmotic potential of bamboo leaves, but also facilitated the upward transport of water. Moreover, Fall off the way to reduce the body’s salt content, reduce salt poisoning.
