蝉花(Cordyceps sobolifera)由蝉中分离得到,可作为起始真菌用于生产硒(Se)富集蝉花胞外多糖(Se-CEPS)。本研究基于单因素试验结果,采用正交实验优化蝉花发酵条件,包括土豆汁、蛋白胨以及磷酸二氢钾浓度。采用UV和IR鉴定蝉花胞外多糖(CEPS)和Se-CEPS,并分析其体内抗肿瘤活性。结果,在最适条件下(即土豆汁40、蛋白胨0.5%和磷酸二氢钾
Cordyceps sobolifera is isolated from cicada and can be used as a starting fungus for the production of selenium (Se-enriched cicadae extracellular polysaccharide (Se-CEPS)). In this study, based on the single factor test results, the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the fermentation conditions of the cicadae, including potato juice, peptone and potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
