目的:研究罗布麻茶水提物对自发性高血压大鼠(Spontaneous hypertension rat,SHR)血压的调节规律以及降压时相的出现与其它生理指标变化的关系。方法:以SHR为实验动物,每天灌胃1次受试物,每周1次采用尾套法连续测试灌胃后8~10 h内的收缩压及心率,6周后测试降压时相的体质量、尿量及尿钠、尿钾的分泌以及血脂含量。结果:与阴性对照组相比,灌胃罗布麻茶水提物后SHR收缩压(SBP)先升高后下降,这种现象在连续灌胃3周后明显,而心率无显著的规律性变化;稳定的降压时相(8 h左右)在连续灌胃3周后出现,最大降幅达16 mm Hg;降压时相SHR的体质量及血脂无显著变化(P≥0.05),尿量及尿钠、尿钾的分泌显著增加(P<0.05)。结论 :罗布麻茶水提物对SHR收缩压具有先升高后下降的双向调节作用,然而起效慢,降压时相的出现可能与其利尿及利钠、利钾作用有关。
Objective: To study the regulation of blood pressure of Apocynum tea in spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) and the relationship between the emergence of antihypertensive phase and the changes of other physiological indexes. Methods: SHR was used as the experimental animal. The test substance was administered orally once a day, and the systolic blood pressure and heart rate within 8-10 hrs after gavage were tested continuously by the tail sleeve method once a week. The antihypertensive phase Body mass, urine output and urinary sodium, urinary potassium secretion and blood lipid levels. Results: Compared with the negative control group, SHR systolic pressure (SBP) firstly increased and then decreased after the gastric perfusion with Apocynum water extract. This phenomenon was obvious after 3 weeks of continuous gavage, but the heart rate did not change regularly. The stable depressurization phase (about 8 h) occurred after 3 weeks of continuous gavage, with the maximum decrease of 16 mm Hg. There was no significant change in body weight and blood lipids (P ≥ 0.05), urine output and urine Sodium and urine potassium secretion increased significantly (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The aqueous extract of Apocynum venetum has a synergistic effect on SHR systolic pressure firstly and then decreased. However, the onset of slow and depressive phase may be related to diuretic, sodium and potassium.
