高技能人才是铁路人才队伍的重要组成部分,是推动铁路生产力发展的重要力量。虽然中国铁路总公司高度重视高技能人才队伍建设,但仍存在高技能人才总量短缺、技能结构不合理、年龄老化凸显、文化素质偏低以及发展不平衡等亟待解决的问题。要解决铁路高技能人才队伍建设面临的问题,应该从以下三个方面着手:一是加强业务技能培训,二是建立切实有效的激励机制,三是充分利用人才市场。
High-skilled personnel are an important part of the railway personnel team and an important force for promoting the development of railway productivity. Although China Railway Corporation attaches great importance to the construction of highly skilled personnel, there are still problems to be solved, such as the shortage of skilled personnel, the unreasonable skill structure, the prominent age aging, the low educational level and the unbalanced development. To solve the problems facing the construction of high-skilled railway personnel, we should start from the following three aspects: First, to strengthen business skills training; second, to establish effective incentive mechanisms; third, to make full use of the talent market.
