随着社会的发展,我国的教育事业也在不断地变化改革中,我国高职院校的学生普遍意义上来说文化水平较低,入校的条件也不高,职业院校的学生个体之间的质量也参差不齐。高职院校的学生管理问题一直是我国教育行业比较重视和棘手的问题之一。为了使我国职业院校有效的平稳发展,培育出高质量的职业技术性人才,我国的职业院校必须要树立以人为本的学生管理观念,加强学生的自我提高意识,学生和老师之间的良好互动关系,使我国的高职院校能够平稳的向好的方向发展。
