华夏基金管理有限公司:你公司报送的《关于黑龙江省原有三家老基金清理规范重组为兴安基金并上市的申请》(华基[2000]038号)、《关于兴安基金扩募及续期的申请》(华基[2000]039号)及其他有关材料收悉。根据《证券投资基金管理暂行办法》、《国务院办公厅转发证监会关于原有投资基金清理规范方案的通知》(国办发[1999]28号)及其他有关规定,经审核,现就有关具体事项批复如下:一、同意龙江基金、广源基金、龙银基金等3只原有投资基金在资产及规模调整符合要求后,合并规范为兴安证券投资基金。兴安证券投资基金类型为契约型封闭式,规模为236,712,708份基金单位,存续期为10年(1992年12月29日至2002年12月29日)。二、核准《兴安证券投资基金契约》和《兴安证券投资基金托管协议》,同意你公司为兴安证券投资基金的基金管理人,中国银行为基金托管人,同意中国银行以兴安证券投资基金的名义开设证券帐户和银行帐户。
