职业教育知识是实践性知识,它具有实践性、情境性、默会性、模糊性以及个体性等特点。实践性知识在实践操作过程中形成,经过个体体验、反思的基础上形成操作经验、实践的过程中建构等一系列过程。认知学徒制教学模式在职业教育教学过程中的应用对于职业院校学生实践性知识体系的建构具有重要意义。
Vocational education knowledge is practical knowledge, which has the characteristics of practicality, situationality, tacitness, vagueness and individuality. Practical knowledge is formed in the process of practical operation, through the experience of individuals, reflection on the basis of the formation of operational experience, the process of constructing a series of processes. The application of cognitive apprentice teaching model in the process of vocational education and teaching is of great significance to the construction of practical knowledge system for students in vocational colleges.
