Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of nimodipine in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods: The data were randomly selected from 120 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from May 2011 to May 2014, and randomly divided into control group and study group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment. The study group was treated with nimodipine on the basis of the control group, and the improvement of symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The clinical symptoms such as headache, optic disc edema and convulsion in study group were better than those in control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of nimodipine in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of patients with no obvious adverse reactions, and has a high clinical value.
