价值创新是企业突破现有市场范围,改变企业有赢利模式,强调对生产要素的重新配置和使用,将资源要素投入到更有效创造价值领域,是一种有别与传统低成本竞争的新型价值增值模式,是企业实现价值增值方式上的创新。它以提高生产要素价值创造能力为中心,围绕价值增值,跟随市场的变化,保持经营的灵活性,不断在调整生产经营内容,重新确定企业赢利模式。实现经济增长方式转变,实质就是价值增值方式的转变,没有实现价值创新,在价值增值方式有所突破,转变经济增长方式是难以完成的。
