《义务教育数学课程标准》指出:“有效的数学学习活动不能单纯地依赖模仿与记忆,动手实践、组织学生进行有效的合作与交流,可以让学生在知识的学习、语言的表达、个性的发挥等方面得到有效的弥补和认识,它是一种新型的学习方式,可以改变课堂教学中的那种单一化、模式化、教条化、静态化的弊端。”作为实践者的教师,合理地运用教育理论,可以体现出教育的一种艺术性,更能体现出教育中必不可少的人文关怀。所以教师应该充分利用身边的种种可利用资源,开展适当的合作与交流,提高学生学习的自主性,唤醒学生的求知欲望。那么,有效的合作交流怎样才能实现呢?
