随着我国经济的不断发展,中小企业所面临的竞争也日益加剧。要在这样的环境之下保持足够的竞争力,就一定要制定创新的营销战略。本文主要介绍目前我国中小企业营销战略中的几个不足之处,从而得出如何制定企业的营销创新战略的有效手段。
With the continuous development of our economy, the competition faced by SMEs is also growing. To stay competitive in this environment, make sure to develop an innovative marketing strategy. This article mainly introduces several shortcomings in the current marketing strategy for SMEs in China, and draws an effective means of how to formulate an enterprise marketing innovation strategy.
