茶的分类有多种。比较常见的分类方法,是根据加工方法的不同而产生的不同茶色,将茶分为绿茶、青茶、红茶、黄茶、白茶、黑茶六大类。黑茶黑茶是全发酵茶,叶色油黑,汤色澄黄,香味醇厚。黑茶多被制成紧压茶,供边区少数民族饮用。代表品种有“普洱茶”。红茶红茶叶色黑褐油润。汤色红亮鲜明,这是经过发酵加工形成的特点。最有代表性的品牌是“祁红”和“滇红”。
