用电鳐电器官提取的乙酰胆碱受体粗提物与完全福氏佐剂等量混合多点免疫Lewis大鼠制备EAMG大鼠模型,研究中药重肌灵片的作用,发现重肌灵片两个剂量组(6.56 g/kg和3.28 g/kg)均能显著改善EAMG大鼠临床症状,缓解连续低频电刺激所致大鼠后肢肌肉收缩幅度的衰减,降低血清中抗乙酰胆碱受体抗体的含量,抑制乙酰胆碱受体特异性的淋巴细胞增殖并能降低突触后膜上乙酰胆碱受体的减少。提示重肌灵能有效地改善EAMG大鼠临床症状及实验室指标。
The EAMG rat model was prepared by immunizing Lewis rats with equal amounts of acetylcholine receptor crude extracts extracted with electroosmotic organs and complete Freund’s adjuvant to investigate the effects of the traditional Chinese medicine deoxyglin tablets. The dose group (6.56 g/kg and 3.28 g/kg) could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of EAMG rats, relieve the contraction amplitude of rat hind limb muscle contraction caused by continuous low-frequency electrical stimulation, and reduce the serum anti-acetylcholine receptor antibody content. Suppresses acetylcholine receptor-specific lymphocyte proliferation and reduces the reduction of acetylcholine receptors in the postsynaptic membrane. It is suggested that Trespaxin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters of EAMG rats.
