微差顺序爆破法在加斯佩矿山公司的应用

为了减少排间微差齐发爆破的有害影响,加斯佩矿山分公司采用了孔间微差顺序爆破法。为改进这种方法分三步进行了试验:把炮孔的矩形排列改为方形排列、加大边孔的填塞长度和试验排间延时间隔从35毫秒延长到50毫秒。试验结果表明,由于有增加残炮数量的可能性,所以排间微差齐发爆破方法的改进有一定限度。在采用孔间微差顺序爆破法以前,对原用方法的种种改进可以确定改进爆破的总途径,包括:规划开采顺序,监督每次爆破的穿孔、装药和连线,汇集和评价爆破结果,逐个台阶对比爆破结果并坚持每次爆破都做一次改变。通过这样一种途径可成功地分两步采用孔间微差顺序爆破法:进行排间延时起爆试验和排内孔间延时起爆试验。用高速摄影和计算机模拟爆破分析了最优结果。用CORDLINE起爆系统获得了实际的最优顺序爆破,用了系统中的15段,可按排间延时间隔230毫秒和排内孔间延时间隔50毫秒进行大量炮孔的顺序爆破。在推行孔间微差顺序爆破的同时,仔细研究了穿爆成本。结果表明,每吨矿石的穿孔成本有显著降低。尽管卷装浆状炸药的使用量增加了,但每吨矿石的爆破成本却有所降低。每吨矿石穿爆成本降低的原因可解释为:在平均单位炸药消耗量不变的情况下,孔网尺寸扩大了。加斯佩矿山公司成功地使用孔间微差顺序爆破法,提高了爆破质量,而且有助于提高劳动生产率和最大限度地降低穿爆成本。 In order to reduce the harmful effects of differential blasting, Gaspar Mine Branch adopted a series of microprojection sequence blasting.
