我厂现有900×1800、600×1200(非标准系列)两种规格的自定中心振动筛,都是设计院与专业制造厂设计、制造的。其共同的缺点是传动部件在设计中缺少某些装配设计,给维修工作造成困难。为此,笔者在保持原有使用性能的基础上,改进了某些不合理部分,以改善其维修性能。现以改装前600×1200自定中心振动筛的传动部件为例(见图1),谈谈以下具体看法。设计振动筛时一般应考虑结构的易拆性。但从图1可看出以下几点不足。
Our existing 900 × 1800,600 × 1200 (non-standard series) two specifications of the center of the shaker, are designed institutes and professional manufacturing plant design and manufacture. The common drawback is the lack of certain assembly design of the transmission components in the design, which creates difficulties for maintenance work. To this end, I maintain the original use of performance based on the improvement of some unreasonable part, in order to improve its maintenance performance. Now modified before the 600 × 1200 custom center shale transmission components as an example (see Figure 1), to talk about the following specific views. When designing a vibrating screen, generally, the disassembly of the structure should be considered. However, it can be seen from Figure 1 that the following points are not enough.
