目的 探讨安定镇痛剂辅助麻醉在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术中的麻醉效果与注意事项。方法 对 ５７４例直达喉镜、１４３例食道镜、２５５例中耳－乳突手术行安定镇痛剂辅助麻醉。结果 所有９７２例手术麻醉效果良好，尤麻醉意外和手术并发症。结论 安定镇痛剂辅助麻醉有良好肌肉松弛、镇静、镇痛效果；加强患者配合意识；手术操作视野良好，在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术中值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect and precautions of analgesic analgesic with anesthesia in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. Methods 574 cases of direct laryngoscopy, 143 cases of esophagoscopy, and 255 cases of middle ear - mastoid surgery were given analgesic analgesics to assist anesthesia. Results All 972 patients had good anesthesia, especially in anesthetic and surgical complications. Conclusion Anding analgesic auxiliary anesthesia has good muscle relaxation, sedation and analgesic effect; to strengthen patient awareness; surgical field of vision is good, it is worthy of promotion and application in otolaryngology head and neck surgery.
