深圳铁路新客站位于深圳罗湖口岸,是深圳市九大基础设施工程之一,新客站工程占地面积26万平方米,建筑总面积9.3万平方米,工程分两期建设,一期工程6.6万平方米,由东主楼、跨线南楼、中楼、北楼一层及三个站台雨棚组成。由我局深圳工程处总包施工。在工期短、任务重、难度大的现实面前,在总结了我局北京亮马河大厦工程实施项目管理的经验基础上,创出了深圳速度,实现了创优质工程的目标。 一、优化管理层和作业层 指挥长、副指挥长和管理人员在全局范围内选聘,采取派遣方式组成工程指挥部。主体施工期间为30人,装修期间达到50人。这些人员除1人没有技术职称之外,期余均为中高级技术和管理人员。工人以原深圳工程处为主,组建成三个工程队,实行两班制施工作业。做到了精兵强将上前
