目前应用β-hCG单克隆抗体检测hCG已获得更高的敏感性.五个实验室共测定1,066个尿样本,其中108个取之于40岁以上妇女,389个取之于已孕妇女,569个取之于非孕妇女,每个尿样本同时用下述二种方法进行测定:(1)用150IUhCG敏感度的β-hCG单克隆抗体试验(简称ETTM);(2)用5个实验室中常规应用的不同敏感度的hCG妊娠试验,进行估价时结果不一致的所有尿样本用放免方法(RIA)重新测定β-hCG.40岁以上妇女组的108个尿样本检测结果:第一实验室中尿样本ETTM为阳性,但hCG妊娠试验为阴性,其敏感度为250IUβ-hCG/L,RIA测定结果为52IU hCG/L,相反,第二实验室2个尿样本
