[目的]建立土壤和沉积物中环丙酰草胺及其代谢产物2,4-二氯苯胺的残留分析方法,为环丙酰草胺的环境残留监测及安全使用提供技术支撑。[方法]利用丙酮振荡提取待测物,二氯甲烷液液萃取富集并去除干扰物,并利用高效液相色谱分离,PDA检测器进行检测,外标法定量。[结果]环丙酰草胺和2,4-二氯苯胺在0.1~10.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内均具有良好的线性关系(相关系数0.999);在0.1~1.0 mg/kg添加水平范围内环丙酰草胺回收率为81.6%~87.0%;相对标准偏差为1.0%~5.5%;2,4-二氯苯胺回收率为83.4%~89.7%;相对标准偏差为1.9%~5.8%。[结论]该方法分析速度快、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于土壤和沉积物中环丙酰草胺及其代谢物2,4-二氯苯胺的检测和验证。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the residue analysis of cyclopropanil and its metabolite 2,4-dichloroaniline in soil and sediment, and provide technical support for the environmental residue monitoring and safe use of cyclopropamide. [Method] The analyte was extracted by acetone shaking, the liquid was enriched by dichloromethane and the interference was removed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The detector was detected by PDA and quantified by external standard method. [Result] The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of cyprodinil and 2,4-dichloroaniline in the concentration range of 0.1-10.0 mg / L (correlation coefficient 0.999). Within the range of 0.1-1.0 mg / kg The recoveries of cyclopropanamide were 81.6% -87.0%, the relative standard deviations were 1.0% -5.5%, the recoveries of 2,4-dichloroaniline were 83.4% -89.7%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.9% -5.8%. [Conclusion] The method was rapid, sensitive and reproducible. It was suitable for the detection and validation of cyclopropanil and its metabolites 2,4-dichloroaniline in soils and sediments.
