液压泵2排出的传动油液分两路,一路以0.7MPa的压力向液力变矩器系统供油。进入液力变矩器,液力变矩器的出油经冷却器后除少部分供变速器润滑外,回后桥箱、回液压泵将变矩器内泄油排入后桥箱;另一路以2MPa的压力向液力变速器系统供油,经变速器控制阀总成,供变速器各离合器换档变速时用。不变速时,液压油经减压阀以1.25MPa的压力,向1速离合器№5供油。 D155型推土机液力系统故障较少,供油系统内出现故障往往不易查找原因。现例举几例故障并对其产生的原因及排除方法简介如下。
