晨鸣集团重视员工培训工作,始终把培训列入公司重要议事日程。他们围绕培养跨世纪合格人才这一重点,坚持走内外培训相结合之路,采取多形式、多渠道、多层次办学方法抓培训,并做到了计划、组织、实施三到位。98年度共举办政治、业务、文化等各类培训班88期,培训职工8884人次。同时组织52人到国外进行培训,提高了员工素质,确保了公司各项指标的稳步增长。
Chenming Group attaches great importance to staff training, training has always been included in the company’s agenda. They focused on cultivating qualified personnel of the past century and adhered to the combination of internal and external training. They took training in various forms, conducted multi-channel and multi-level running methods, and planned, organized and implemented the program in place. In the year 1998, a total of 88 courses in politics, business and culture were held and 8,884 employees were trained. At the same time, we organized 52 people to train abroad, improved the quality of our staff and ensured the steady growth of various indicators of the company.
