目的 探讨骨肉瘤中诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)的表达及其与血管生成和预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测 80例骨肉瘤标本iNOS的表达 ,FⅧ RA和CD31免疫组化染色显示肿瘤内微血管密度。结果 80例骨肉瘤中 52例iNOS阳性 ( 65% ) ,肿瘤细胞、间质中的巨噬细胞和部分血管内皮细胞均为阳性。iNOS阳性表达和肿瘤内微血管密度 (MVD)显著正相关 ,而且iNOS阳性组病人生成率显著低于iNOS阴性组。结论 该结果提示在骨肉瘤中NO具有促进血管生成的作用 ,而且可能成为一项判断骨肉瘤病人预后有价值的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in osteosarcoma and its relationship with angiogenesis and prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of iNOS in 80 specimens of osteosarcoma. The tumor microvessel density was detected by FⅧ RA and CD31 immunohistochemistry. Results In 80 cases of osteosarcoma, 52 cases were positive for iNOS (65%). The tumor cells, interstitial macrophages and some vascular endothelial cells were positive. iNOS positive expression and tumor microvessel density (MVD) was significantly positive correlation, and the incidence of iNOS positive patients was significantly lower than the iNOS negative group. Conclusion The results suggest that NO can promote angiogenesis in osteosarcoma and may be a valuable indicator to evaluate the prognosis of patients with osteosarcoma.
