以30秒钟速度测出钢水含碳量。对氧气顶吹转炉做了83次含碳量预测,在所有的测定点中,0~0.20%C 范围有90.7%是分布在±0.02%C 分散区内;在0.21~0.50%C范围有90%是分布在±0.03%C 分散区内;在0.51~1.00%C 范围有100%是分布在±0.04%C 分散区内。氧气顶吹转炉炼钢从出钢到下一炉出钢约需40分钟中,采用本法测定钢水含碳量每次只需30秒钟,要比化学分析法缩短5~6分钟。因而,可以大大地提高钢的产量和质量,这样不仅在氧气顶吹转炉的生产中可以应用,而且也能在平炉顶吹用氧中适用。
30 seconds to measure the speed of molten steel carbon content. In the oxygen top blown converter 83 times the carbon content was predicted, in all the measurement points, 0 ~ 0.20% C range of 90.7% is distributed in the ± 0.02% C dispersion; 0.21 ~ 0.50% C range of 90 % Is distributed in the ± 0.03% C dispersion area; in the 0.51 ~ 1.00% C range, 100% is distributed in ± 0.04% C dispersion area. Oxygen top-blown converter steelmaking from tapping to the next furnace tapping takes about 40 minutes, using this method to measure the carbon content of molten steel each time just 30 seconds, shorter than the chemical analysis of 5 to 6 minutes. Thus, the yield and quality of the steel can be greatly increased, which can be applied not only in the production of oxygen top-blown converters but also in top-blown oxygen.
