本文短篇小说THIS SON-LESS LIFE为例,对比研究了其英汉语篇中人称照应的衔接方式,。以Halliday和Hasan的观点为理论基础,作者探讨了英汉两种语言在人称照应这一衔接方式上的一些共性和差异。研究表明:作为英汉语篇中重要的衔接手段,人称照应的使用和语篇主题紧密相关;一般而言,汉语是重意合的语言,英语是重形和的语言,但译者不同的翻译风格在一定程度上也影响了这种语言规则的使用。
This article short story THIS SON-LESS LIFE as an example, comparative study of English and Chinese articles in the cohesion of the person. Based on the ideas of Halliday and Hasan, the author explores some commonalities and differences between the two languages in English and Chinese in terms of cohesion. The research shows that as an important means of cohesion in English-Chinese discourse, the use of personal accidence is closely related to the subject of discourse; in general, Chinese is a coincidence language and English is a language of multiple forms. However, different translators’ translations To a certain extent, the style also affects the use of such language rules.
